2.1 – Supply of data and rectification

Pursuant to the applicable legislation, the user has the right of access and rectification of their data and as such, Algarorange offers their customers permanent access to their data, thereby making it feasible to rectify them at any time.

2.2 – Free supply of data and acceptance of this privacy policy

Any user may freely choose to supply or otherwise their data.

Completing the customer file, contact form, request for quotes, reservations and newsletter subscription form is taken to be a voluntary indication of data and is understood to be a declaration of the customer’s acceptance of this privacy policy as well as of Algarorange’s processing and storing of such data for the intended commercial purposes.

So, Algarorange reserves the right to store and use the data supplied by the customer until the latter makes an express declaration requesting their erasure.

2.3 – Erasure of the data

Although Algarorange does not undertake to store the customer’s data after the deadlines for renewing its services and/or after termination of the contract without there being any express information in that regard, Algarorange cannot ascertain with certainty if the customer intends or otherwise to remain registered as an Algarorange customer.

If it is in the customer’s interest to no longer be contacted by Algarorange and that Algarorange no longer keeps their data, they should expressly request the erasure of their data from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information

Algarorange undertakes not to sell or lease or by any other means transmit any personal data sent by the users of our website to third parties, notwithstanding so doing upon authorisation from the user or when legally so obliged. Algarorange ensures that, as far as is required and reasonable, appropriate technical measures have been adopted and organised to protect the personal data from destruction, alteration and/or accidental or unlawful disclosure of the personal data.
